Frank has owned, raced and cruised sailboats in the Sidney area for over thirty years. This experience has given him a keen sense of dodger design that will compliment the lines of the boat and accommodate the requirements of an active sailor. For several years now he has been designing and building dodgers, biminis and other fine canvas products primarily for sailboats. Frank has been a member of the Sidney North Saanich Yacht Club from its inception in 1981 and is a Past Commodore.
